I’ve tried many supplements, especially recently, to try and combat added stress of owning a business, being a full time mom, and dealing with symptoms of perimenopause. After taking Adrenal Adapt consistently, after just one week I started to feel a notable difference in my energy levels and increased ability to remain focused throughout the day vs other supplements that seemed to have little to no effect. Thanks to Adrenal Adapt and Bioligent I’m finally starting to feel like myself again.

Formulation makes sense. Good quality ingredients. Can see from the screen shots what is in it and what it is targeting. This also comes in a glass bottle. So rare. Have too many plastic everythings as is. Not hard to take. No negatives with use. Aids with energy. Stress support is a fair statement based on research.

I added this to my wellness routine and it really seems to help. I haven't had any energy crashes or excessive fatigue while taking them and I feel like they help me to keep calm. Coping with stress more easily is a big deal to me and these help a lot. The capsules are a regular size and they smell a bit but you don't notice any taste issues as long as you take them with something flavored like orange juice. The capsules are pretty smooth making the three you have to take not incredibly difficult to swallow. I would probably get these again. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with fatigue and stress.

This supplement doesn't list the standardization, so that is definitely something to consider. I do know that the inclusion of “root and stem” from the ashwagandha is not necessarily desired since root-only extracts are typically preferred for efficacy.Overall, this is a nice supplement with correct dosing, but its effectiveness ultimately depends on the quality of the extracts used. Still, I believe this combo of ingredients has a good synergy to them for managing stress, which is what I was looking for. I do hope it's been working well for me, and so I'm going to keep using it. The question I try to answer when reviewing a product is ... If I had it to do over, would I order this product again? The answer is no.The pills are among the largest I've encountered and I am no stranger to supplements, as a former professional athlete. With water, getting 3 of these down is manageable if taken one at a time. However, the size is fairly tough.Panthotheric Acid (Vitamin B) and Magnesium are the two top ingredients, both of which are designed to regulate the way the body uses energy, creating an adaptogen ... or energy and stress-reduction, which don't always occur simultaneously.As someone who gets migraine headaches, these make me jittery and leave me with a mild headache when I stop taking them regularly. I believe migraines have to be related to the way the body regulates or uses cortisol ... and adaptogens work in a similar manner as caffeine ... only without the opening of blood vessels. My wife, who doesn't have migraines and is a regular coffee (stimulant) drinker had no issue with jitters.Neither of us felt the calming effects we had hoped for. Maybe they were present, but with all the noise and stress in today's world, it didn't seem like they were doing much more than we normally feel at the end of a day.The ingredients themselves seem standard more most adaptogen-type of formulas. There was nothing in these I haven't seen in other similar supplements, although I'd much prefer a smaller capsule. Overall, if you have experience with adaptogen formulas helping you combat stress while not causing a lapse in energy, these may work for you. I hope my pictures and honest review, after using the product for several weeks, was helpful to you.

I’ve tried a few different supplements from this brand and I have consistently been impressed by the quality of the ingredients. My husband takes a lot of supplements and does a lot of research to buy the supplements that he uses. He tries to get the best quality supplements possible. When I showed him this bottle, he was impressed because he says that it has all good ingredients, and he takes many of them. I like that this supplement is made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients. It’s easy to take though a serving is three capsules. That feels like a lot of capsules to take, but sometimes you just can’t fit everything into one or two capsules. In any case, so far we’re very happy with this supplement and I like this brand and will continue to use it. For all of these reasons, I’m giving these five out of five stars.

In using this supplement, there were some noticeable levels of reduced stress - a calmness - but there weren’t any energy boosts. As a cortisol influence, this does well - the rest is more about how that cortisol regulation affects the rest of your life. Good supplement that has a solid focus.
