I initially got this to help my overall health support. A multivitamin just wasn’t enough. The pills are easy to swallow. I am hoping my next doctor visit I will have a a better blood sugar level. Will need a month or so to see results. I am feeling less craving for snacks so maybe another bottle to see results.

As soon as you open this up you'll smell a faint smell of berberine. It's not an unpleasant smell and it's not strong either. The pills themselves are mid sized - not small but not large either. Taking with a glass of water and these go down rather easily. Has a slight aftertaste but not terrible.I have had some side effects when I first started taking these such as bloating and gas but subsided after a few days. Felt similar to when I started drinking Kefir for those that know. I'd say that I've felt better over the course of my time taking these and this is a fair price for what you get.

I love that these are NON GMO. I also love that they’re made by a doctor. I workout hard and eat a healthy diet, which is high protein. At 52, these things are important. The bottle gives you a thirty day supply, but there are 60 capsules. It arrived in a dark glass bottle and I love supps in a glass bottle and is made here in the USA but with both foreign and domestic materials, plus it is also 3rd party tested. My box the bottle arrived in says expiration of 10/2026. Capsules are fairly easy to swallow with no weird or unusual taste. I have noticed as of yesterday that my mood is more neutral and my sugar cravings have become lessened. I will continue to take this product, so far I am very pleased. Thank you!

I took these for three months last year and decided they weren't working but I really noticed a difference after I had stopped! I started up again and my period is so much easier and my cravings are less. PMOS woman here.
