My wife has been taking these and thinks they are a quality product. No issues with bad taste, as they are tasteless capsules. Easy to swallow if you're used to taking capsules, but some may find difficulty. Effectiveness seems on par with what she would expect out of a supplement like this. After 2+ weeks of consistent daily use I feel a lot less bloated than I normally do.I would deal with a lot of constipation, which was always (unfortunately) normal for me but after using this I have dealt with little bowel issues. But it is a double-edged sword because it can happen so quickly after taking the supplement (like 30 mins quick sometimes) whether or not I’ve eaten food in the last 2-4 hours.If you have a fairly normal bowel movement, you might not need this, but if you need to regulate your bowel movement especially after eating foods that make you feel bloated, this is a great and effective option. I don’t feel too much different aside from slight weight loss in the last 2 weeks from being regulated with this. Works as intended, and works well lol.
