I’m really pleased that this supplement uses all-natural ingredients and contains no hormones. The main ingredient is chamomile, which is soothing and exactly what I need. For the first few days, I only took one capsule per day as a precaution in case of any side effects, but thankfully I didn’t experience any. I just started taking this supplement. I’m 52 years old and I’m dealing with some menopausal symptoms. I don’t have as many hot flashes as I used to, but energy and sleep are definitely a problem. I will have to update this review after I’ve been using them at least a couple of weeks to see if it helps with the energy as well. Just got mine, so over all, I don't know how well they're gonna work, but what I can say is I have been menopausal since I was 30 (I'm 60 now) refused to go on HRT. Chamomile helps with sleep and anxiety.Basically this is the perfect supplement, at least for me, where my anxiety skyrockets for no reason, my brain fog is immense, and I wake up every day at like 3:30 am for absolutely no reason. I love that all of these ingredients are put together in one pill which makes them easier to take, as I already tend to drink each of them separately in tea form (including the fennel).They say no fillers, but technically stearic acid and silicon dioxide are fillers as well as excipients (they prevent things from sticking together) and I would prefer it they were not in anything I consume. I'd like to see more easily available 3rd party testing results as well as either USP or NSF certification.
