This product has improved my digestion very much. It is not difficult to take and it does not upset my stomach. I use other products from this brand that have all been fantastic. My favorite is black seed oil at the moment!

I took these for three months last year and decided they weren't working but I really noticed a difference after I had stopped! I started up again and my period is so much easier and my cravings are less. PMOS woman here.

I've been taking the black seed oil for 3 months now. I purchased it bc it is supposed to be a mast cell stabilizer and good for your gut. I'm in the process of healing mine and it's been a good addition. I believe the strength and quality of this oil to be very good. I will continue purchasing.
