I just started my 3rd bottle, I am so far very happy with next phase. My last 2 periods were pain free, no breast tenderness, no breaking out, not up and down in energy, i am blown away. I have still had some moodiness the week before but im hoping that continues to improve as well as I keep taking it. My energy in general has improved and I am not sure if next phase is why but it very well could be. Either way im starting to feel human again.

In my experience this product has been a good addition to the prescription GLP-1 that I have been on. The quality of the capsules, bottle, and labeling have me a good feeling that this product has come from a trustworthy company that cares about the details. I like that it is manufactured in the US and that they include a QR code on the box and bottle that links to more information on the product as well. Since this is meant to be a taken along side of a GLP it was difficult to specifically say that the positive results were from this supplement but to be honest it was great to see results regardless! I think that these capsules did deliver the desired results of reduced sugar cravings and a bit of energy boost. There is yerba mate in it that would help with both of those. For me I feel like this supplement was helpful and a good addition for me and that it was well worth adding to my health routine.
This product has improved my digestion very much. It is not difficult to take and it does not upset my stomach. I use other products from this brand that have all been fantastic. My favorite is black seed oil at the moment!
