I have taken the Black Seed Oil supplement for one month and I can say that I notice a considerable reduction in arthritic pain in my left foot and knees. My legs are not swelling after working for long hours. I have also noticed considerable pain reduction in my legs (pains due to Lipidema). I have also noticed that if I take it at night, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer as I suffer from perimenopause induced insomnia. I love this supplement and I have begun my subscription based off these quick and noticeable results. I look forward to future results!
I am somewhat of a supplement connesuir and this product is of exceptional quality and has a blend of multiple antimicrobial oils that work in synergy to more naturally deal with symptoms that may otherwise require antibiotics. I had pain / pressure near my eye socket and my doctor prescribed me ZPAC antibiotics. I haven't taken antibiotics in a decade and try to avoid them due to negative microbiome effects. So I decided to try this blackseed oil with oregano oil first for a couple days before starting the prescription. After 2 days the pressure went away and I was able to avoid taking the antibiotics! Love that it has a high Thymoquin content and that it is in capsules (I really disliked the straight oil). Would recommend!

This product is very gentle compared to other brands. On my third bottle and even with chronic steroid use due to RA, have not gotten any of the illnesses going around, even working in a clinic.

So I have been using this product for a month and definitely find it helpful for energy and helping not to feel like I am moving thru quicksand. It took about a week or 2 to notice the change but has definitely been helping!
Started taking Tribiotic a few months ago. It has been a huge improvement in my gut health. I take one shortly after dinner.
