I have done almost twenty years worth of studying up on vitamins and supplements yet it seems that new ones pop up every year, which I am not familiar with. It contains 3% Thymoquinone, which is a fairly high amount. This substance has a bunch of health claims associated with it ... gut health, digestion, higher energy, immune system boost, etc.I have seen no 'slam dunk' scientific studies to back up all these claims. However, mostly anecdotal research does show some promise for this being beneficial in more than a few of those ways.The capsules aren't too big and contain oil inside a rice bran-derived capsule. The serving size is one capsule, which means you get around a month's supply from the 30 pills. They are easy to swallow with water and I detected no tastes or odors associated with these.After a couple weeks of taking one pill per day, I felt no difference in gut health/digestion ... no change in immune system ... and I did not feel that my metabolism changed at all. Most supplements don't offer noticeable changes. The one I really would be able to see is better looking skin and hair but again, I see no difference.Overall, I am not convinced that these will be the magic pill that they are described as.
