It’s been third-party tested and manufactured, so that ensures some level of transparency for me.This multi covers a wide range of nutrients, 27 each, and that feels pretty solid. This is a great multivitamin. It contains 27 vitamins and minerals as well as antioxidant support!The dark brown glass bottle contains 120 capsules. It's only a 1 month supply though because you have to take 4 per day. I just take 2 in the morning and take the other 2 in the afternoon.The capsules are an average size and easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. There is a little smell if you just put your nose right up to the bottle, but nothing bad.I feel better after taking these for a few weeks!These are a little pricey, but I feel like you get what you pay for with these quality supplements!

However, the capsules tasted fine and I swallowed them easily.My husband and I take four capsules daily, and we are looking forward to the benefits. He usually tells me that whatever multivitamin I show him is garbage because it has the wrong forms of some the vitamins. When he looked at this one, he was impressed. He told me that the majority of things in this multivitamin are things that he takes regularly. In addition, they are all the correct forms of those vitamins and minerals. He was very impressed that the vitamin E comes in the form that it does because that is one that he often complains about. I have taken a few supplements from this company, and they are consistently high-quality. I like that it is made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients and I’m very happy that my husband approves of this supplement because he often doesn’t, and it’s annoying. The only downside I see about this supplement is the price. The price at the time of this review was $43 with a coupon price of $34.40. That is a lot for a 30 day supply of a multivitamin. I’ve been taking it daily and I hope it’s helping. It is expensive, but I decided not to take off any stars for price because I’m impressed by the quality of the products. For all of those reasons, I’m giving this five out of five stars.

This is certainly a comprehensive multivitamin and even includes inositol for maximum absorption. After taking the product for several days, it is quite effective. It includes an excellent balance of essential vitamins and trace minerals that are difficult to find elsewhere. The only two drawbacks are that the recommended dose is four pills—and they are quite large. This is an ideal product for effectiveness with transparency in ingredients but would be a challenge for someone who struggles to swallow large or multiple capsules.

It can be hard for me to find a quality vitamin supplement which is iron free and this one is. I have an atypical sensitivity to iron. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the ingredient blend in this supplement is non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, and says it is made in the USA. I love that this arrived in a glass bottle and had 2 safety seals to remove before getting to the capsules. The capsules are larger, you need to take 4 daily, but I took 2 with breakfast and 2 at lunch to get the dosage into me. This formula gave me no upset stomach or digestive issues at all - another plus. The capsules didn't have any funky taste either. This is my second Bioligent supplement, different from this multivitamin, which I have taken and I really am beginning to like this Brand. Overall, I am very happy with this vitamin supplement and will continue to take it. I would also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

It is very difficult to get a multivitamin that has everything you need in bioavailable form, and this is one of the rare few that does. However, that comes with two drawbacks that will happen with all such vitamins: 1) they are much more expensive and 2) there is usually more capsules required to fit everything in.If you have nutrient absorption issues this type of vitamin makes a huge difference. I do, and I have been happily paying for higher-priced vitamins for years because most multivitamins don't work for me at all and also make me feel very nauseous. These don't, but I make sure to take them with food, and I also split the dose across meals.Like all new supplements, I start low and slow and recommend you do the same. Take one capsule first for a week and see how it works for your body. Because these have such a high concentration of several vitamins, you may not even need the full dosage to notice more energy or other improvements. I always suggest to keep a journal to track the progress and changes (or lack of) because without actively taking time to notice and write it down, you may not be able to tell if it's doing anything for you or not. Tracking can also help you find the sweet spot if you aren't a person who requires the full dose.Although I continue to wish this company would make their third-party testing results public and pursue USP or NSF certification to build consumer trust (and will continue to dock a star until they do so), I have taken many of their supplements and have always been happy with the results.I also wish they had separate formulas for women and men considering the differing daily needs; I especially thought this was a strange oversight for a company who primarily formulates products for women. They are manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified facilities using traceable ingredients and are rigorously 3rd party tested.At $43 for a one-month supply, I find these on the pricier side, but they seem to have a lot of bang for your buck in terms of what is in them.The expiration date for the bottle I received is 3/27, almost one year out from the date I received them.
