This gives you a full 2 years to use the supplement without having to worry about them going bad if you're not taking them everyday.The pill is wide and about the width of a penny. For me it was very easy to swallow. With some vitamins or supplements it might give you reflux or a weird aftertaste but not with these. I did not experience any upset stomach or reflux. This leads me to believe that they are using quality ingredients.Not only does this have D3 but it has K2 and to my understanding both are needed so your body can absorb it better. This makes it easier instead of having to take two different vitamins or supplements by having two in one.There is no weird smell or aftertaste. It really doesn't taste like anything which is nice.another benefit to these capsules is that it is only one capsule a day. There are too many supplements of vitamins where you have to take two or three a day and who really has time for that? They also come in a dark tinted bottle to preserve their freshness and the capsules themselves as you see in the photos are dark. I feel like that provides double the protection to ensuring that the ingredients inside are protected and kept fresh.Just like with any vitamin or supplement you do need to take it for quite a while to feel their effects so I can say how much of a difference it has made at the moment. But at the same time I feel like you can go wrong because for the most part many people tend to be vitamin d deficient because we are just not outside enough to absorb enough vitamin d that our bodies require.So for the time being I do think this is a great product because it does include K2 with a D3. That the company made it easier by only making it one capsule a day. That the ingredients do not cause reflux or weird aftertaste. And that buy using a dark bottle and dark capsules they are preserving the freshness of the ingredients. Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

One of the drawbacks of living in a northern climate is that you'll lose sunlight for a few months of the year in which it's best to supplement vitamin d with external sources such as this product.While this is someone on the pricey side, the added benefit is that this isn't just vitamin d but also comes included with K2, which if you're an older individual can help with bone and heart support, which is good for you have any osteoporosis symptoms or at risk.I will note a word of caution for anybody that's interested in this product that the added K2 can thicken your blood. So do keep that in mind if you have any issues with blood clots. As per usual you'll want to console your doctor, but as far as how well this product has been, it's been great!I feel good after taking it throughout the day and my mood is regulated and stabilized. So I feel the effectiveness of this throughout the day and throughout my week as I've been taking it.I've made sure to include photos of how large these pills are, so if you're someone who doesn't like taking large pills, this may be an aversion.
